We use the information to reply, organise a consultation and take the steps you request before a treatment relationship. Analytics and marketing measurement are enabled only after your cookie choice. Clinical data, if you become a patient, is handled separately under professional and legal healthcare obligations.
Providers and transfers
The website and team notifications may use technical providers such as Cloudflare and, only when configured, email, Telegram or Google Sheets. Google or Meta are used for analytics and advertising only with the relevant consent. These providers may process data outside Albania under their applicable terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are handled and afterwards only while needed for follow-up, legal obligations or the defence of claims; records are reviewed and deleted when that purpose ends.
